La actividad es gratuita y se desarrollará el martes 31 de agosto a las 10 en el CIC de Asunción.
A través del programa de Adultos Mayores, se realizará un taller de coaching para el empoderamiento.
El encuentro gratuito se llevará a cabo el martes 31 de agosto a las 10 en el Centro Integrador Comunitario “Julio Cesar Armella” de villa Asunción, ubicado en Manzana 282 Lote 3 (a metros de la Comisaría).
Los vecinos interesados deberán inscribirse en el CIC de Asunción y cumplir con el protocolo de bioseguridad por Covid-19.
Esta actividad forma parte de un ciclo de acciones que organiza el área y que incluye actividades recreativas, lúdicas y sociales para la tercera edad.
Algunos de los contenidos del taller serán: lectura de los derechos del adulto mayor, introducción al coaching ontológico, el observador y la zona de confort, juicios y paradigmas, víctima y protagonista, cambio y transformación, valores y compromiso.
Para incorporar estas herramientas de autoconocimiento, la propuesta llegará a todos los Centros Integradores Comunitarios bajo un cronograma que se dará en forma mensual y semanal.
